Customization & Materials
Do you offer customization for your products?
Yes. Customers can customize the size, material, branding method, logo placement, color and other product details.
What materials do you use?
Materials include PVC, PU, genuine leather, acrylic, MDF, plywood, solid wood and bamboo.
Can I see material samples before ordering?
Yes. We recommend requesting swatches before placing a custom order so you can confirm the color, texture and finish.
What logo methods are available?
We offer embossing, debossing, silver or gold hot stamping, laser engraving, heat-transfer printing and embroidery.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. For clear café menu covers, check presenters, table tents and wood products, the MOQ is 500 pcs. For hotel room products such as desk blotters, serving trays, tissue boxes and door hangers, the MOQ is 50 pcs.
What logo file format should I send?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, CDR or PDF are preferred. High-resolution image files may also be converted when possible.
Samples & Production
How long does sample development take?
Sample development usually takes about 7–10 business days, depending on the design complexity and material availability.
How long does mass production take?
Mass production usually takes about 20–30 business days, depending on the product type and order quantity.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer may be available for wholesale or custom orders. Sample development fees can be paid through PayPal or Western Union.
Shipping & Packaging
How do you ship the orders?
For urgent orders, we can ship by international express such as UPS, FedEx or DHL, or by air freight with delivery to your door. Small orders can be shipped by ocean freight with door-to-door delivery; customs-clearance service is included, so import experience is not required. For very large orders, traditional ocean freight plus truck delivery offers the most economical shipping cost.
Can you handle Amazon FBA or retail-ready packaging requirements?
Yes. We have extensive experience supplying Amazon, Etsy and major European retailers. We can provide FNSKU-labelled, poly-bagged and suffocation-warning-compliant packaging. Share your FBA preparation requirements and we will handle them before shipment.
Returns & Damage
What should I do if goods arrive damaged? Can custom products be returned?
Damaged parcels should be signed for as damaged and reported within 24 hours, with photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging and damaged goods. Custom or personalized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a production error. We will be responsible for damage or quality problems caused by us.
